Edward M. Zimmerman, MD, specializes in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic procedures, and Regenerative Medicine for men and women of all ages. He holds degrees from Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and George Washington University School of Medicine. He is the President of the American Board of Laser Surgery and has served on the Boards of Trustees of the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation.

He received the distinguished CSF 2025 Webster Lecturer Award for his leadership and outstanding contributions to the specialty of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Zimmerman is involved in patient care, research, writing, and education and has a social media following of more than 2.4 million.

He directs Aesthetic Revolution Las Vegas, a state-licensed, AAAHC-accredited surgical facility dedicated to delivering safe and effective regenerative and rejuvenation treatments.

Dr. Z is passionate about his work, learning, and education. He loves helping his patients achieve the aesthetic and functional results they’ve always dreamed of through personalized, state-of-the-art care.

Staci Taylor-Zimmerman

Licensed Advanced and Master Esthetician

Staci Taylor-Zimmerman is a Licensed Advanced and Master Esthetician and Instructor with certifications in multiple states. Together with her husband, Dr. Edward Zimmerman, she owns and operates Aesthetic Revolution Las Vegas and formulates our private-label cosmeceuticals to meet the needs of patients living in our high-desert, sunny environment.

In addition to her prominent roles in Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics, Staci is the creative force behind The DickDoc®, serving as its Creator, Producer, and Director.

Before joining Aesthetic Revolution, Staci excelled as a Sales Representative and later as a Clinical Trainer for several renowned aesthetic laser manufacturers. Her profound passion for skin care and laser technology, coupled with an inherent entrepreneurial spirit, has driven her to excel in various capacities. Over the past ten years, Staci has channeled her expertise into teaching Laser Physics CME courses for medical professionals and providing valuable consultation services for Medical Aesthetic practices.

Taylor Meyers

Executive Assistant and Front Office Client Services

Taylor, with over 12 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales, as well as 6 years as a Medical Receptionist and 3 years as a Lead Receptionist, possesses exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail. Alongside her professional accomplishments, Taylor has a deep passion for nature, particularly trees, finding solace and happiness outdoors. As the Executive Assistant to the Practice Directors, she has gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of the medical industry, enhancing her abilities in scheduling, sales, account management, and customer relations. Taylor’s primary focus is ensuring that every office interaction leaves clients with an unforgettable experience to share proudly.

Krista Hayden

Licensed Advanced and Master Esthetician

Krista has been a master esthetician for 20 years. She enjoys meeting new people and working with her clients to achieve their skin care needs. Training throughout the United States, including Utah, Nevada, and Florida, has enabled her to apply her skills to provide exceptional service to guests. Having worked as a skincare professional for over two decades, Krista specializes in delivering a results-driven approach to her clients. As a Nevada-licensed Advanced Esthetician, she has been trained to deliver a variety of non-surgical, energy-based laser, light, ultrasound, and radio-frequency therapies under the guidance of the Aesthetic and Medical Directors. She and Dr. Z often team up to care for patients who need both esthetic and more invasive procedures and surgery to optimize their results.

Throughout her career, her expertise in advanced medical skin rejuvenation has enabled her to help numerous people achieve their skincare goals.

Outside of the office, she is a dedicated wife, mom, and residential farmer who spoils us with fresh eggs, vegetables, and homemade cookies.

Autumn Turchetta

Marketing and Patient Education

As Chief Growth Officer at Aesthetic Revolution Las Vegas, Autumn leads business development, patient outreach, and strategic initiatives to support the practice’s continued growth. With more than 20 years of sales and relationship-building experience, she is focused on creating exceptional patient experiences built on trust, discretion, and personalized support.

As the practice’s Male Enhancement Education Specialist, she helps patients navigate confidence-focused treatment options with privacy, education, and clear communication. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and supported from their first conversation through their entire experience with our team.

As a Las Vegas resident for more than 13 years, she enjoys exploring the city’s dining scene, sporting events, and concerts. She is passionate about helping people feel their best and creating memorable, elevated experiences at every touchpoint.
