IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR BELLAFILL

Bellafill is a great treatment for both men and women over 21 years of age who want to refresh their appearance by smoothing their complexion. Bellafill treatments are ideal if you want results that look natural and last a long time. It can safely be used in most areas of the face to correct static wrinkles, including smile lines and nasolabial folds. Bellafill can also fill in acne scars, which leave visible pits in the skin. During your consultation, Dr. Z will listen to your goals before deciding if Bellafill is right for you and designing your treatment plan. Please tell him if you have ever had an allergic reaction, especially to lidocaine or bovine collagen.

BELLAFILL PROCEDURE TECHNIQUE

After your consultation, you will be prepped for your Bellafill treatment. The injection sites will be cleansed and marked as you relax in one of our procedure rooms. If requested, a numbing cream can be applied to your skin before the injection to help you feel more comfortable. Once you are ready, the Bellafill will be injected using a fine needle in the selected points. After the injections are complete, a cold compress will be applied to your face to minimize swelling and stop any bleeding.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN BELLAFILL

After getting Bellafill, you will be able to return to normal activities right away, but you should avoid exercise and strenuous activity for at least 24 hours. You may experience swelling, redness, bruising, itching, and discoloration, but these are only temporary and will resolve anywhere from within a few hours to a week after your treatment. You should be able to see immediate improvements right away that last for up to five to ten years. During your consultation, Dr. Z will discuss how often you should get Bellafill injections to sustain or improve your results.

The cost of Bellafill will depend on the number of units that are needed to address your unique concerns. During a private consultation with Dr. Z, he will be able to assess your profile and create a custom treatment plan. Once a plan is developed, he will be able to estimate your costs. Our office accepts many forms of payment and can offer discounts on multi-treatment packages.

Is it safe?
Yes. This product was approved by the FDA in 2006 and has been proven to be safe and effective for treating laugh lines, as well as acne scars. Patients must complete an allergy test prior to treatment to ensure an allergic reaction will not occur.
